POLICY
All Stardust items are handmade with a lot of love and care. This means there may be some slight colour differences or imperfections, please keep this in mind when purchasing an item.
As much as we hope you will love your Stardust item, of course it may occur that it is just not what you expected, or a defect shows up.
We are here to help and solve your problem. If there is something wrong with your item or you want to return it, you can contact us within 14 days after receiving it. Please let us know by sending an e-mail or via the chat button at the bottom of our website. We will answer as soon as possible and will make sure to help you the best way we can.

In case of a return, we will refund the purchase amount of the item(s). Shipping costs excluded. We send the refund after receiving the item(s) back, in the original shape, with no defects.
Please note: Items that are returned without agreement will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
